We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes
- Assist in financial modeling and CEP forecasting activities to support decision-making
- Aid in the preparation of month end P&L statement, financial review, and brand review presentations
- Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional business partners to report actuals and develop monthly expense forecasts
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required
- Develop proficiency in Excel, SAP, BPC, and Cognos
Requirements:
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
