We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About our Team:

 

This role supports two iconic, fast-paced brands, Drunk Elephant and Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, and offers hands-on involvement across a wide range of high-impact marketing initiatives, reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • You will conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • You will assist in planning, developing and executing marketing initiatives
  • You will prepare competitive and internal data collection to support forecasting and monthly reporting
  • You will assist in the development and execution of 360 marketing programs and initiatives that leverage brand exposure and increase visibility at the retail level
  • You will assist in creation of monthly recap reports to share with internal team
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • You will support US Marketing team in daily administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree  
  • You have effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized 
  • You are energetic, self-motivated, results oriented 
  • You are flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
  • You have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
