RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

Au sein de la Direction Retail, vous êtes l’ambassadeur(rice) de vos marques et avez en charge le développement du chiffre d’affaires Sell-out du secteur géographique concerné.

 

Vos activités principales sont :

  • Vendre et promouvoir la marque dans nos différents points de vente : vendre les produits dans les points de ventes identifiés avec votre responsable, contrôler et optimiser les animations locales et les challenges.
  • Animer l’activité des ventes : former les équipes de vente, faire appliquer la politique Merchandising, gérer et optimiser l’ensemble des moyens moteurs mis à disposition sur les points de vente.
  • Assurer un reporting : établir avec votre responsable, votre planning pour chaque cycle de vente, renseigner et communiquer vos rapports d’activité, assurer des remontées qualitatives sur nos marques et la concurrence, effectuer les relevés linéaires, partager votre expérience terrain.
  • Assurer les aspects logistiques de votre activité : établir votre programme avec votre manager, et organiser de façon autonome l’ensemble de vos déplacements.

 

 

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un BTS esthétique et bénéficiez d’une première expérience similaire.
  • Passionné(e) par la vente et le contact client, vous êtes autonome, dynamique, fiable et doté(e) d’un excellent sens commercial.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques Word, Excel…
  • Bonne connaissance de l’environnement de la parfumerie sélective.
  • Permis B indispensable.
