<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Sr. People Generalist, Fulfillment Operations is a hands-on role that serves as the main People Team representative within their assigned ShipBob Innovation and Fulfillment Centers tasked with providing full cycle Human Resources support to all employees, managers, and regional directors within the assigned location(s). In addition, you will work closely with our business leaders to execute HR initiatives and strategies to guide organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance within your assigned location. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Experience.</span></p>
