As an outside sales account executive, you are the heart of the Shift4 sales force, a driving force for being a leader in Point of Sale systems worldwide. Come join the team and enjoy a successful career with Shift4.</p> <ul> <li>Set appointments with merchants to present Point of Sale with Shift4 merchant servicing products.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prospect over the phone, face-to-face through networking, and building referral partnerships.</li> <li>Assist existing clients with additional add-on services including Hardware, Software, and Professional Services.</li> <li>Build relationships with our merchants by listening to their needs/desires and resolving any outstanding needs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Explain the value of Shift4 products through your laptop or Point of Sale device.</li> <li>Listen, identify, and qualify sales opportunities to up-sell additional products and services.</li> <li>Develop new accounts and target areas for new growth or market value.</li> <li>Exhibit a high level of professionalism and apply company policies and procedures to effectively grow market share.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for signing new logos in your assigned territory.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develops knowledge of current products and services as well as changes and updates within the payments industry.</li> <li>Maintaining regular communication with your direct manager.&nbsp;</li> <li>Attend weekly meetings to review your Pipeline and forecast new opportunities that you’ll secure.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Willingness to cold-call and set meetings with potential clients in-person.</li> <li>Willingness to close deals in a fast pace sales cycle.</li> <li>Requires an entrepreneurial spirit and hunter-like mentality.</li> <li>Computer and smartphone literacy.</li> <li>Background in door-to-door/outside sales experience.</li> <li>Ability to meet sales quotas.&nbsp;</li> <li>CRM experience.</li> <li>Restaurant hospitality experience is a plus.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.</em></span></p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
