</div></div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Shift4 is expanding globally and we are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Lead Business Development Analyst to support the company’s growth initiatives by identifying market opportunities, evaluating strategic partnerships, and enabling data-driven decision making.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role acts as a key interface across commercial, product, and strategy teams, contributing actionable insights and structured analysis to advance new business initiatives.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Location: Remote-based in Sao Paolo, Brazil area, with occasional onsite visits to Shift4 office in area. </span></strong></em></p>
<h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct market, industry and competitive research to support strategic planning</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market segments, partnerships and revenue streams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop, track and report KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics for new initiatives and sales actions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist the commercial team with lead generation, prospect analysis and partner qualification.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Gather insights from clients and stakeholders to inform value propositions and product requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal and Operations) to ensure alignment and implementation success.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5 - 7+ years of experience as a Business Development Analyst.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related - experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience in business analysis, business development, strategy, or commercial planning.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with structured data.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English in professional business settings.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Additional experience that is a plus to have)</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in SaaS, technology, payments, e-commerce, or retail environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with BI/analytics tools and SQLCore Competencies.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.</span></li>
