Analyst - TSA

As Analyst - TSA, you will be supporting the Products business of the North America region (e.g. US, Canada) -- managing sales billing, purchase settlements, debt chasing, hydrocarbon accounting, and reporting & analysis. The processes are complex, time critical, and involves working closely with a diverse set of business partners and finance processes – traders, commercial operators and schedulers, trading operations support, indirect tax, FO Data, and R&A.

Analyst - DS Energy Acct Exchanges

As Analyst for Downstream (DS) Energy, you will be performing and supporting the daily operations of the Hydrocarbon teams in one of the sub processes: Contracts & Pricing, Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation. The Analyst will proactively issue resolution to support E2E process and value chain in Hydrocarbon area and deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team.

Analyst - DS Energy Acct SRR

As Analyst DS Energy SRR, you will perform and support the daily operations of the ERA/Hydrocarbon teams in one of the sub processes: Stock Recording & Reconciliation. Deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team.

Accounts Payable

As a Project Associate – Accounts Payable, you will be accountable for processing of invoices in accordance with standard procedures set out in the standard AP Work Instruction as well as in the agreed-upon country specific guidelines. You are also expected to be able to respond to vendors and stakeholders inquiries timely and accurately.

AP Senior Associate

As an AP Senior Associate, you will handle timely and accurate processing of invoices – take ownership and initiative until transaction is successfully and accurately processed in accordance with standard procedures set out in the standard AP Work Instruction as well as in the agreed-upon country specific guidelines.


What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related

  • Open to fresh graduates up to 1 year of work experience in accounting/finance

  • Possess basic Financial Accounting knowledge;

  • Good English communication skills;

  • Good in problem solving and has critical thinking skills;

  • Computer literate - knowledge of SAP application, any accounting software and other Microsoft software is a plus.

  • Willing to work on either day/mid/night shift schedule
