At Shell Energy, we’re seeking a Delivery Lead to lead a high performing team through two large transformation programs. Based in Melbourne, this role will play a key part in modernising our data platforms, shaping iterative ways of working, and enabling high-quality data insights across the business.
You’ll lead the design of robust pipelines, support the implementation of the data strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive real commercial impact.
With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:
Lead the design and maintenance of data analytics infrastructure.
Drive Agile and DevOps practices within the data squad.
Implement and oversee data governance and visualization techniques.
Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in data engineering practices.
Guide the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies for scalable data solutions.
