<p><span data-contrast="auto">We’re seeking a full-time Senior Partnership Development Specialist for our </span><span data-contrast="auto">Los Angeles-based </span><span data-contrast="auto">corporate office. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Job Responsibilities</span></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Build, manage, and scale a robust pipeline of third-party solution providers, technology integrations, and referral partners to support SHEIN Marketplace growth</li>
<li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard net-new integration and referral partners that drive high-quality seller and brand acquisition</li>
<li>Own partner relationship management end to end, from initial sourcing and diligence through onboarding, launch, and ongoing optimization</li>
<li>Drive seller and brand-direct referrals through partner ecosystems, ensuring partners are enabled to successfully recruit and activate sellers on the platform</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Seller Marketing teams to develop partner enablement materials, joint go-to-market plans, and co-marketing initiatives</li>
<li> Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support technical integrations, roadmap alignment, and smooth onboarding for partners and referred sellers</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functionally to execute partner launches and resolve operational or technical challenges</li>
<li>Continuously optimize existing partner relationships to improve performance, scalability, and contribution to Marketplace KPIs</li>
<li>Track and analyze partner performance, including referral volume, seller activation, and go-live timelines, to inform prioritization and strategy</li>
<li>Identify new and innovative partnership models to expand the Marketplace ecosystem and unlock incremental growth opportunities</li>
<li>Work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including overseas teams, to drive alignment and execution</li>
<li>Leverage technical and operational expertise to navigate integration workflows and improve partner and seller onboarding experiences</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Job Requirements</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles, preferably within e-commerce or marketplace environments</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce and marketplace data, identify trends, and translate insights into informed business decisions</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment</li>
<li>Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities</li>
</ul>
