Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure fulfillment of warehouse labor demand, including absenteeism management, maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs, and continuously improving attendance rates;
2. Monitor actual workforce attendance on-site and drive timely redeployment/rebalancing to minimize manpower waste;
3. Handle workforce anomalies and escalate risks as needed (e.g., time-clock exceptions, invalid attendance);
4. Maintain workforce data for the assigned region: supervise data-entry accuracy, perform system data validation and corrections, and conduct routine data analysis and reporting;
5. Participate in vendor evaluation for the assigned region, including onboarding assessments, issue/exception feedback, and recommendations for replacement when necessary;
6. Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of frontline employees—selection, development, deployment, retention, separation, and engagement—continuously optimizing workforce composition and improving employee retention and experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred;
2. 8+ years of workforce/labor management experience in warehouses or fulfillment centers, covering scheduling, time and attendance, labor dispatching, and frontline team coordination; includes hands-on floor experience;
3. Familiarity with attendance policies and time-clock systems; knowledge of shift design, capacity/productivity calculations, and labor redeployment mechanisms;
4. Strong data analysis skills: proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, common functions and charts); capable of data validation and exception correction; experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus;
5. Knowledge of labor law and employment compliance; ability to identify workforce anomalies, provide risk alerts, and drive closed-loop resolution;
6. Experience in vendor management, including onboarding assessments, performance monitoring, issue remediation, and recommendations for replacement;
7. Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills; able to collaborate across warehouses/shifts/vendors; results-driven, resilient, and able to accommodate peak-season overtime and shift work;
8. Strong KPI mindset and continuous improvement orientation; able to establish and track KPIs such as attendance rate, productivity, overtime rate, labor waste, and employee attrition/retention.
