About this role
Job Responsibilities
●Aid in international transportation logistics: preparing documents, monitoring freight, coordinating with global carriers/vendors.
●Contribute to data-driven process optimization: analyze data for cost/efficiency gains, suggest improvements.
●Supporting documentation and operational processes to maintain efficiency during high-volume periods.
●Provide operational & reporting support: generate performance reports, administrative tasks.
●Coordinate with warehouse and transportation providers to ensure timely truck arrivals and efficient loading operations.
●Track and manage vehicle documentation in TMS and WMS systems.
●Issue export invoices and coordinate with customs brokers in both Turkey and abroad.
●Monitor truck movements and manage the Poland warehouse reservation system.
●Take ownership of handling all transportation and warehouse-related abnormalities and disruptions.
Job Requirements
●Currently pursuing/recent graduate: Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or quantitative field.
●Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables); data analysis tools a plus.
●Analytical & problem-solving skills: data interpretation, root cause analysis.
●Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau is a plus.
●Excellent communication: verbal & written, cross-functional/external.
●Highly organized: detail-oriented, manage priorities in fast-paced setting.
●Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn: genuine interest in e-commerce logistics.
●Team player: collaborative in a global organization.
●English fluency essential; other relevant languages (e.g., Mandarin) a plus.
●Available to work on Saturdays (2 days off a week).
●Ability to work in shifts.
