About this role
Job Responsibilities
1.Together with Country managers Selecting and evaluating last-mile delivery partners in the European market:
Organize regular communications and performance reviews with logistics providers to enhance collaboration depth and service quality.
Build trusted relationships with core suppliers to secure resource support during critical periods (e.g., peak seasons).
2.Price and contract term negotiations:
Develop commercial negotiation strategies for last-mile delivery with Country Managers; lead or participate in pricing negotiations to reduce delivery rates, surcharges, and overall logistics costs.
Drive timely contract signing and compliance using company templates; ensure SLAs clearly define delivery timelines, compensation mechanisms, and quality guarantees.
Regularly analyze market logistics pricing to support cost optimization and procurement decisions.
3.Market research and industry analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovative logistics models; monitor impacts of new technologies, services, and policies on last-mile operations.
Analyze regional last-mile delivery environments and pricing levels to identify collaboration and optimization opportunities.
Maintain and update a logistics provider database and market intelligence repository; produce regular industry reports.
4.Collaboration model innovation:
Explore diversified last-mile solutions (e.g., regional delivery, self-pickup lockers) and introduce new providers/services to enhance user experience and competitive edge.
5.Risk control and compliance management:
Participate in risk assessment and control system development for last-mile delivery, mitigating risks related to contract compliance, service quality, and regulations.
Job Requirements
Maintain strong partnerships with European logistics companies.
Excellent commercial negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the European logistics market. Familiar with cross-border e-commerce policy;
Efficient communicator, strong execution capability and strategic thinking;
Good at dealing with emergency affairs, able to work effectively in a business-driven deadline environment;
Collaborate with country leadership teams to adjust logistics pricing strategies based on business needs.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
Minimum 10 years in logistics, with at least 5 years in e-commerce and apparel industries.
Minimum 5 years in senior manager/director-level logistics management roles.
