
This role focuses on developing and maintaining applications to improve business impact and user experience. It involves collaborating with leadership and support teams to optimize systems for drivers while continuously enhancing system performance and documentation.
Provide basic technical support, administration, and configuration for designated ITSM/CRM systems. Act as a super user and trainer for assigned systems.
1. Possess basic technical knowledge of at least one ITSM or CRM system, applications, or module.
2. Initial tier 1 support resource for assigned systems.
3. Assist senior staff in the management and daily administration of assigned systems to help ensure efficient, reliable performance.
4. Under the direction of senior staff, make necessary configuration changes to provide proper functionality of assigned systems.
5. Provide technical training to new and existing users of assigned systems. Stay up to date with lates system features and enhancements.
6. Assist in the creation of workflows and processes to support the integration and automation of manual effort within assigned systems.
7. Participate in regular maintenance activities for assigned systems, including system upgrades and performance tuning.
8. Run reports from assigned systems upon request.
9. Monitor system activity to ensure processes are working properly.
10. Provide evening and weekend “on call/issue” support as needed. Sheetz is open 24/7/365 and as such, our internal and external customers may require support at any time.
