<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Title</b></p>Finishing Lead| Shift 2<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Position Overview</b></p><div><p>Finishing Lead </p><p></p><p>POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for assisting the supervisor in the daily operation of the shift. </p><p>I. Essential Duties: </p><p>❑ Maintain a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department in order to relieve, replace or assist in employee absences </p><p>❑ Provide instructions/directions/guidance to all line personnel </p><p>❑ Perform Weight Checks </p><p>❑ Fill in for supervisor when needed </p><p>II. Non-Essential Duties: </p><p>❑ </p><p>III. Education: </p><p>❑ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience </p><p>IV. Experience: </p><p>V. Physical Requirements: </p><p>❑ Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, stoop, and climb stairs </p><p>❑ Must participate in group stretching prior to shift </p><p>❑ May be required to lift 70 lbs. </p><p>VI. Other Requirements: </p><p>❑ Must be applicable to all JHA’s </p><p>VII. Training Requirements: </p><p>❑ Power Industrial Truck (PIT) </p><p>VIII. Tools, Equipment & Material Requirements: </p><p>❑ Cutting glove </p><p>❑ Turkey Knife </p><p>❑ Use appropriate tools for job depending which operator is being relieved for breaks or absence </p><p>IX. Safety & Security Requirements: </p><p>❑ This position has the responsibility and authority to report to management any safety problems, and potential problems, encountered while performing the job </p><p>❑ This position has the responsibility of the quality and safety of his/her own output and their co-worker </p><p>X.
