Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)Redding, California
Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility and member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our hospital-owned multi-specialty group. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Hospital owned medical group
- Multi-specialty group
- Outpatient Primary Care
- Clinic in campus or satellite clinics 10-15 minutes away from the hospital
- 4-day work week (10hrs dayshift)
- No weekends
- No inpatient calls.
- Open for newly licensed provider.
- Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
- Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance (Negotiable)

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $100,000-160,000.The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
