Overview

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)Redding, California

Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility and member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our hospital-owned multi-specialty group. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Hospital owned medical group
  • Multi-specialty group
  • Outpatient Primary Care
  • Clinic in campus or satellite clinics 10-15 minutes away from the hospital
  • 4-day work week (10hrs dayshift)
  • No weekends
  • No inpatient calls.
  • Open for newly licensed provider.
  • Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
  • Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance (Negotiable)

Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $100,000-160,000.The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

Our Vascular Ultrasound Lab is the only lab north of Sacramento to be accredited by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories, and our Diabetes Care Management program is certified by The American Diabetes Association.
