Role Overview 


The TikTok Shop Lead (Spain) will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling SharkNinja’s TikTok Shop business in the Spanish market. This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands-on execution. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations. 


What You'll Do: 



  • Own the TikTok Shop strategy for Spain: Set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with SharkNinja’s broader D2C/E-commerce goals. 



  • Commercial leadership: Manage P&L for TikTok Shop Spain, delivering against sales and profitability targets. 



  • Content & creator partnerships: Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales. 



  • Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI. 



  • Promotions & pricing: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth. 



  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Category Marketing, D2C e-Commerce, operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution. 



  • Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership. 



  • Market insights: Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep SharkNinja ahead. 


What You'll Bring: 



  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred. 



  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem. 



  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. 



  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. 



  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 



  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
