Descripción del empleo
Organizar el flujo de trabajo de inspección y ensayo mediante la asignación de responsabilidades y la preparación de instrucciones que correspondan.
Comprobar los resultados de pruebas obtenidos según las especificaciones requeridas
Enviar informes sobre el progreso y termino de los servicios
Identificar problemas de operación, resolver y sugerir mejoras.
Capacitar al personal de nuevo ingreso sobre los temas de H&E y procedimientos técnicos.
Elaborar y gestionar requisiciones de compra de reactivos, equipos y/o materiales de laboratorio y de oficina.
Implementar métodos de prueba.
Involucramiento en el consumo mensual de insumos y refacciones
Revisar periódicamente los KPIs del área que corresponda con la finalidad de detectar oportunidades de mejora.
Supervisar las actualizaciones de los procedimientos internos que aplican en el laboratorio.
Requisitos
Licenciatura concluida deseable en Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Petrolera, Químico, Química Metalúrgica o a fín
Deseable 2 a 3 años de experiencia en procesos geoquímicos dentro de los laboratorios de ensaye
Experiencia comprobable en ensaye a fuego
