- Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

- Location: Madrid, Spain- Hybrid working

Ready to shape the future of enterprise field service solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer who thrives on designing cutting‑edge systems, leading technical delivery, and turning complex business challenges into powerful digital solutions.
You’ll play a key role in transforming operations through smart architecture, modern cloud technologies, and best‑in‑class development practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect, build and deliver enterprise‑grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions end‑to‑end
- Develop secure, scalable applications using C#, Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure
- Act as a technical leader, partnering with product owners and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Drive best practices around governance, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution quality
- Influence technical direction and mentor others as part of a high‑performing engineering team

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform development
- Strong in C#/.NET, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and Azure services
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Bonus: Microsoft certifications, Field Service & AI experience
