Analizar los procesos propios de la operación, antes, durante y después de ejecutada, garantizando por medio de información suministrada por el cliente y el sistema, que se distribuyeron las instrucciones y los recursos necesarios para la correcta ejecución de los servicios y que se cumplen en los tiempos, condiciones ofertadas y la normativa técnica aplicable.
Velar por la satisfacción plena del cliente, atendiendo con excelente disposición y actitud de servicio a sus solicitudes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos a través del seguimiento del servicio e indicadores de gestión.
Requisitos
Formación académica: Tecnólogo y/o Profesional en Ingeniería, Administración, o Carreras afines.
Experiencia: experiencia de 12 meses en cargos similares, en labores administrativas, manejo de bases de datos y atención al cliente.
Información adicional
Horarios: Lunes a viernes (7:30am a 5:00 pm) y sábados (8:00 am a 12:00 pm)
Salario: 1,667,003
Tipo de contrato: Obra o labor con proyección a termino indefinido después de 6 meses.
