We are now recruiting for a permanent Resourcing Consultant to join our team in our Coventry head office to help us find amazing talent which will shape the future of Severn Trent.

What you’ll be involved in:
- Partnering with Resourcing Business Partners and hiring managers to understand resource requirements for the business area you will be supporting.
- Proactively sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with high-potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, internal talent pools).
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring communications are clear and there is a seamless flow throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and participating in projects to enhance our recruitment strategy and candidate experience.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience within an HR function, dealing with recruitment activity.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers across all levels of management.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using recruitment technology, candidate management systems or HR systems is desirable.

You’ll need to be an engaging person as interaction with our hiring managers and candidates is a massive part of this role, as is the ability to work well with all your colleagues across Resourcing, Talent and the wider HR team – we’re very collaborative at Severn Trent.
The role requires office working four days a week, with the option to work one day a week from home.
