Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Starting from £40,117 + Overtime + Annual Bonus (£1,500) + 25 days leave + 8 days Bank Holiday + Pay Increases + Excellent Benefits + Pension + Training + Progression + Home-Based + Van + Monday–Friday
Severn Trent is hiring Mechanical Maintainers across the region, with roles in the Leicestershire area (living within a 30 mile radius of Shepshed would be beneficial). It would be advantageous if you also had a background in Electrical!
This is a regional role, where you’ll be based from a site near your home and provided with a company vehicle, mobile, safety gear, and tools. Hours: Mon–Thu 7:30–3:30, Fri 7:30–3:00, plus generous overtime opportunities, standby will be required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• NVQ Level 3 Mechanical qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience gained from process plants in any industry

This role has a clear development path from Foundation to Skilled and Expert. Salary starts at £40,117, rising to £43,386 with qualifications and experience.
