Over the past three years, Seven Hills Foundation has been breathing new life into this historic school — expanding programs, welcoming new students, and rebuilding a dedicated team of educators, caregivers, and clinicians who make incredible things possible for youth with severe neurodevelopmental disabilities.
As we expand, we’ve been thoughtfully adding new team members and opening new opportunities every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
· Support students 1:1 with daily routines, personal care, and skill-building
· Implement IEP goals and behavior strategies
· Participate in on and off-campus activities
· Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment
· Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists
· Track progress and celebrate student achievements
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Qualifications:
· 21+ years old
· High school diploma or equivalent
· ONE of the following:
· Experience with disabilities preferred
· Experience working in a school-setting preferred
· Able to meet physical requirements (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs)
