About this role
We are a fast-growing catering company in the Denver Metro (Lakewood) area looking for a full-time delivery driver. If you have a good attitude and are eager and willing to work hard, we want to talk to you! We provide a fun work environment where experience is not necessarily needed but welcomed and preferred.
Food experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED. The main job of a delivery driver is to transport and handle food. It's important to be detail-oriented and passionate about being part of creating great experiences for our clients and guests. There may be a need to set up buffets and other serving styles, so being able to create a good presentation is very important!
Delivery Driver Expectations:
- Job includes packing up food safely and transporting it to client location
- Detail oriented and timely
- You must be able to maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all times
- Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends
- Comfortable driving large vans and occasionally one of our box trucks
Requirements for Drivers:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a working phone with GPS capabilities and pictures
- Reliable email/phone needed regarding communication for scheduling
- Clean and professional appearance
- No lifting restrictions
- Reliable transportation to/from work required
- Good driving record: No DUIs or felonies; no more than two citations in the preceding two years
- Must come to work timely in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic
- Must work well with others
Background check is required
Job Type: Full-Time (30 to 40 hours per week)
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
