As an Employability Skills Trainer in our Restart Serco team, you’ll help deliver meaningful learning that boosts confidence, builds practical skills, and supports people into sustainable employment. Your work will directly shape opportunities for individuals across the West Midlands.

You’ll deliver engaging, high‑quality training that helps learners progress toward employment, both in person and online, while contributing to a positive learning environment and a more confident future for participants.

Vetting and checks:
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements.
