- durchläufst verschiedenste Geschäftsbereiche, z. B. Buchhaltung, Zentrale, Marketing und Customer Care
- erledigst kaufmännische Assistenz- und Sachbearbeiteraufgaben
- verarbeitest Informationen am Telefon und PC
- wirst die Postbearbeitung sowie die Bearbeitung von Rechnungen übernehmen
- bist zuständig für die Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
Qualifikation
Du …
- verfügst über einen Realschulabschluss, Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur
- zeigst gute Noten in den Fächern Deutsch, Mathematik und Englisch
- hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit dem PC und Grundkenntnisse des MS Office-Programms
- zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft, bist kreativ und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- bist teamfähig

The medium-sized company headquartered in Heinsberg, Germany exports to over 80 countries worldwide and employs approximately 200 employees. They develop, manufacture and supply an almost gapless complete range of well-balanced products for freshwater and marine aquariums as well as ponds and terrariums.

What you'll do
- The trainee will rotate through various business areas such as accounting, marketing, and customer care, performing tasks like information processing and order handling. Responsibilities also include managing post, invoices, and customer complaints.
