Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Master's Degree
  • Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathologist

Certification/Licensure

  • Speech Language Pathologist License (Required)

Experience

  • Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
  • Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
  • Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
  • Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
  • Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
