Sentara Obici Hospital, located in Suffolk, Virginia, is hiring new graduate Registered Nurses into our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) / Medical Surgical AHRT Float Program!
Now offering a sign on bonus of $7,500 with no commitment or contract required!
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our program is designed for new graduate Registered Nurses who are already licensed. You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. You will receive full-time benefits and new graduate pay with the addition of working on a Rotation Team to provide you with a variety of patient experiences.
You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks.
You may remain in the program for a maximum of 2 years.
After one (1) year, you may apply to any unit of your choice.
Full Time: 36 hours per week
Minimum Requirements
License and Certification
Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS)

RN-Associate’s Degree
