The Senior Sales Account Manager role is to maximize sales volume and, where possible, gross margin across all product lines. You will achieve the territory sales plan while fostering goodwill and enhancing the corporate image of Sensient Philippines with all customers and prospects.

This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office. 

What you will do: 

  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular meetings to understand customer needs, align them with product offerings, and facilitate new product development requests with the Technical Service Lab.
  • Strategic Planning & Coverage: Develop a comprehensive territorial plan to manage accounts and prospects efficiently, acquiring in-depth knowledge of key customer profiles and fostering relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Encourage close collaboration within the organization and establish multiple internal and external touchpoints. Maintain continuous communication with management, product teams, and technical staff to support new business opportunities.
  • Sales & Reporting: Forecast annual sales, actively manage the sales pipeline, and provide detailed activity and expense reports. Report on competitive scenarios, market trends, and customer feedback to shape strategies for growth.
  • Operational Adherence: Operate within allocated budgets and strictly adhere to company policies.
  • Sample Management: Effectively manage all sample requests, ensuring necessary information is provided for prompt decision-making and client satisfaction.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced sales experience and sales competencies. 
  • Technical Experience helpful, but not required.
  • Strong communication and motivational ability.
  • Teamwork sense.
  • Possess the drive and passion to win!
