Job Description
Kind and conscientious person needed to provide reception duties after hours and on weekends; assure security of the building, grounds, and residents/staff. Your interest in serving others will be rewarded and appreciated by our senior residents.
Essential Duties:
- Perform reception functions of greeting visitors, residents, and others and assure sign in and out.
- Answer telephone courteously and route calls appropriately.
- Monitor emergency call system, surveillance equipment and respond per procedure.
- Make periodic rounds of property assuring a safe environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) and/or six (6) months experience in similar position

What you'll do
- The Security Guard will perform reception functions, greet visitors, and ensure the security of the building and residents. They will also monitor emergency systems and conduct periodic rounds of the property.
