The ideal candidate brings a solutions-driven mindset, thrives in complex environments, and has a proven ability to manage large-scale federal programs with precision and innovation. This role requires a strong grasp of cloud and data center operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate evolving mission needs with clarity and confidence.</p> <p><u><strong>Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to</strong></u>:</p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Serve as the lead interface with government stakeholders, delivering clear and accurate updates, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a shared understanding of goals and timelines.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage all aspects of contract execution with a strong attention to detail—tracking deliverables, performance metrics, risks, and compliance to ensure program success.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead initiatives that increase organizational agility, improve efficiency, and promote innovation while adhering to federal mandates.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Proactively identify and troubleshoot challenges, develop actionable solutions, and escalate critical issues with thoughtful recommendations.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive integration between IT and business strategy by coordinating technical and non-technical teams and aligning solutions with mission priorities.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee the development and execution of a hybrid cloud/on-prem services framework that supports rapid delivery, scalability, and operational stability.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization—anticipating capacity issues and preventing outages through informed planning and data analysis.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Cultivate a high-performing team through clear guidance, mentorship, and ongoing technical development focused on excellence and accountability.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Implement best practices in service delivery, project execution, and resource optimization.<em><br></em></p> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Active Top Secret Clearance required.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.• &nbsp; &nbsp;7–10+ years of program or project management experience in federal IT environments.</li> <li>PMP or PgMP certification (or equivalent) and ITIL certification.</li> <li>Demonstrated success managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.</li> <li>Proven ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve technical and operational problems with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing competing priorities without losing sight of the details.</li> <li>Experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Agile/DevSecOps principles and federal compliance requirements.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefings to senior government leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Federal Government agency operations.</li> <li>Certifications such as SAFe, or other relevant frameworks.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience with enterprise system monitoring, patch management, and capacity planning.</li> <li>Track record of fostering collaborative, accountable, and innovative team cultures.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Salary at Seneca is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
