This role requires a strong understanding of risk and threat assessment processes, cybersecurity, and joint operational planning to support advanced test and evaluation activities in a high-impact national security environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct threat and risk assessments to inform strategic decision-making processes.</li> <li>Apply knowledge of joint doctrine and military command and control to integrate emerging concepts and technologies.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine operational procedures, training materials, and planning documents.</li> <li>Support data collection, analysis, and reporting functions.</li> <li>Participate in travel-based activities including site visits, coordination meetings, and testing events.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–10 years of experience in NC3 operations, risk assessment, or related fields.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of USSTRATCOM operational C2 capabilities.</li> <li>Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and intelligence support functions.</li> <li>Prior experience in test and evaluation (preferred).</li> </ul> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with analytical or modeling software is a plus.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><u></u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>Equal Opportunity Statement:</u></strong><br>Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
