<p data-start="731" data-end="987">As a Medior Backend Engineer, you’ll be part of one of our 15+ cross-functional feature teams, working on the core systems that power Sendcloud. We integrate numerous carriers and online stores into a fast, intuitive platform used by merchants across Europe.</p>
<p data-start="989" data-end="1221">We release early, release often, and automate everything we can. Our codebase has high test coverage, our CI pipelines run continuously, and we’re always looking for ways to improve performance, reliability, and developer happiness.</p>

<p data-start="1257" data-end="1359">Translate product requirements into <strong>actionable technical plans</strong>, milestones, and implementation steps</p>
