About this role
Associate Dentist – Advanced DDS (Garden City, NY)
We're searching for an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice in Garden City, NY. We're looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and personable candidate who places a premium on patient care as a driver of practice growth and possesses a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.
About Our Practice
- Drs. in practice: 2 Hygienists: 3
- Total chairs: 12
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays. Optional availability for two Thursdays per month.
- 100% Fee-for-service practice
- Fully digital, upgraded technology (Multiple milling and CEREC units, Cone Beam, iTero, etc.)
- Specialty work done in office: Oral Surgery, General Anesthesia, Pedodontics
- Active patient base: 3,250

Compensation for Part-Time Providers
- Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
- Clear and well-defined path for growth and bonus opportunities

- Malpractice insurance
Education and Experience
- Dental school graduate, GPR/AEGD preferred
- 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Experience with crown & bridge, implants, same-day dentistry, clear aligners, etc., preferred
- Active New York dental license in good standing, required
