<p style="text-align:left"><span>At SEI we value our employees and believe in driving growth through change.  Part of building brave futures is making a concerted effort to develop and challenge our employees to achieve their goals through internal job mobility.  </span></p><p><span>The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members </span><span>within the Enhanced Middle Office Team supporting Treasury and Wire services</span><span>. The Operations Analyst</span><span> is responsible for ensuring the successful and accurate processing of daily wire payments on behalf of SEI’s clients.  </span><span>You will interact with accounting, operations, as well as externally with clients and service providers.</span></p><p></p><h2>What you will do:</h2><ul><li>As the record keeper for the fund, you will review and process trade related activities including: setting up of new funds, custody accounts and prime brokers, handle trade matching, trade break resolution and collateral wire movements.</li><li>You will interact with clients and trading counterparties to resolve any trade discrepancies.</li><li>You will assist accounting teams with trade discrepancies on a daily and monthly basis.</li><li>You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams if necessary to resolve open issues or questions as well as work with internal technology support and vendor support in resolving any production issues or other system support queries.</li><li>You will keep up to date on industry initiatives.</li><li>You will review trade and collateral documentation and ensure accurate and timely reporting of activity.</li><li>You will assist in the implementation of new clients.</li><li>You will execute daily reviews and controls.</li><li>You will participate in the testing of new releases/system enhancements.</li><li>You will analyze and documenting system issues and gaps.</li><li>We want you to succeed and look for future solutions! Through attending and participating in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will acquire the tools to identify processes across the division and organization as well as opportunities to streamline for our clients.  We see your role as a partnership to our business and want recognize your contributions.</li></ul><p></p><h2>What we need from you:</h2><ul><li>BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Internship experience preferred.</li><li>Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.</li><li>Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.</li></ul><p></p><h2>What we would like from you:</h2><ul><li>A drive to learn new systems and concepts to ultimately have a broad knowledge of the industry.</li><li>Must have entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on additional responsibility.</li><li>Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
