<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p> <p>Trusted and loved by 25 million educators, students, and families worldwide, Seesaw is the only elementary learning experience platform, offering a suite of award-winning tools, resources, and curriculum for teachers to deliver joyful, inclusive instruction.&nbsp; Through interactive lessons, digital portfolios, and two-way communication features, Seesaw keeps everyone in the learning loop by providing continuous visibility into the student's learning experience to support and celebrate their learning.</p> <p><strong>Our Mission:</strong></p> <p>Seesaw’s mission is to provide every elementary student with joyful and connected learning experiences that lay the foundation for success in life.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee customer invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers across multiple regions</li> <li>Ensuring timely collection of payments&nbsp;</li> <li>Apply customer payments in accounting ERP using csv uploads</li> <li>Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure correct customer balances&nbsp;</li> <li>Investigate and get resolution with customers on duplicate payments</li> <li>Process customer refunds and record them in accounting system&nbsp;</li> <li>Write off delinquent accounts to bad debt once deemed uncollectible</li> <li>Process adjustments to customer accounts in Salesforce and NetSuite as needed including but not limited to entering reversals, credit memos, revenue adjustment journals, opportunities reopening etc.&nbsp;</li> <li>Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases</li> <li>Work cross functionally with sales and support teams to follow company collections practices</li> <li>Monitor and reassign Zendesk Accounts Receivable tickets as needed</li> <li>Issue customer campaigns for updates to the payment instructions as needed</li> <li>Resolve value added tax issues with the customers and ensure collection of the valid tax IDs</li> <li>Provide documentation support during financial and VAT tax audits&nbsp;</li> <li>Bank Reconciliations assistance on the weekly basis for the operating accounts</li> <li>Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts</li> <li>Adhoc assignments</li> <li>Standard working hours are 12:00 PM–8:00 PM local time to support collaboration with our global teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field</li> <li>2-4 years of accounting experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)</li> <li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Strong communications skills in Arabic and English</li> <li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as a part of the team</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines</li> <li>Netsuite or Salesforce experience is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Our company participates in E-Verify.</p></div>
