Our Security Supervisor positions play a key role in upholding these values by leading onsite officers and supporting day-to-day security operations. We are currently hiring for a Security Supervisor opportunity at a manufacturing client site in Rochester, NH.
This role involves supervising Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring post orders and procedures are followed, conducting post inspections, supporting scheduling and coverage needs, responding to incidents, and maintaining strong client communication, all while representing Securitas with professionalism, vigilance, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $22.36/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
This site operates 128 hours per week, and this role offers a strong opportunity for growth into leadership within a stable operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Site Oversight: Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel. Ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are submitted.
Coaching and Accountability: Coach, guide, and discipline staff as appropriate, documenting coaching and corrective actions. Escalate concerns and seek guidance from management as needed.
Training and Onboarding Support: Train Security Officers and other assigned personnel, review post orders, and ensure staff understand expectations and procedures.
Scheduling and Coverage: Support scheduling needs and help ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions, in coordination with company management or designated representatives.
Post Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct post inspections as scheduled, meet with staff onsite to outline responsibilities, and ensure consistent performance and compliance.
Client Service: Maintain strong communication with client representatives to confirm security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
Incident Response and Escalation: Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Notify proper authorities and the client when required, and submit clear documentation.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and reports, and prepare and submit required paperwork as directed.
Working Post as Needed: May perform Security Officer duties in accordance with post orders and company policy, as needed for coverage or operations.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: At least 1 year of security experience required, more preferred. Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered, as determined by the company.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively.
Certifications and Licensing: Security certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, patrol the site, and respond to emergencies.
