About this role
We are currently hiring two permanent security guards and one floater to join our team for this upcoming site. We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated individual to ensure the safety and security of public facilities. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through various tasks and duties across the site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and strong communication skills in English, French is a strong asset.
Position Details:
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 0700–1800 (11-hour shifts)
Guard 1: 3 shifts per week (33 hours/week)
Guard 2: 2 shifts per week (22 hours/week)
Floater: On-call/training position with potential for additional coverage
Convenient Location: Easily accessible via public transit
Free Parking: On-site parking available at no cost (subject to change)

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent Customer Service Skills: This is a client-facing role, similar to concierge services
Professional Appearance: Uniform includes dress pants and blazer (provided), must have safety certified footwear for patrols
Tech-Savvy Individuals: Comfortable using software to issue ID passes and perform other digital tasks
Dependability & Flexibility: specially for the floater role
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Ability to obtain and maintain reliability security clearance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a corporate environment
START DATE: 09 Feb 2026, training will be provided prior to the start date.
