What it takes to succeed:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Six months of experience in driving minimum of ten passenger vehicle and clean driving record preferred
• Must have strong comprehensive and communication skills
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
• Provide excellent service to guests and ambassadors.
• Must be able to comply with all SEA standards and with fleet safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
• Must be willing to comply with and ensure ambassadors comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
• Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines

What you get to do:

• Provide safe and courteous transportation for ambassadors as well as guests on occasion from designated stops within the confines of the park
• Maintain quality appearance of vehicles driven both interior and exterior and fuel vehicle when needed
• Inspects shuttle both interior and exterior at the beginning/end of each shift for proper operation (heating and cooling systems, brakes, lighting systems, etc.)
• Perform all functions and/or tasks listed on shift schedules and by management such as, working stadiums/theaters, collect and deliver lunches to children during field trips and other areas that need assistance
• Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador performance and guest service while enforcing and complying with fleet safety procedures and guidelines
• Provide World Class Service to guests and ambassadors and ensure guest satisfaction
• Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to, the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations

Compensation: $10.75 PH
