Please note: We are not accepting J-1 Visa students at this time and do not sponsor visas at our park. All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of their interview and will be required to provide proof of work authorization upon hire. Please ensure you are available to attend an in-person interview at the date and time you select, as exceptions cannot be made to this requirement.​

What you get to do:
As a Sales Ambassador, you’ll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your “bottom line” will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. You will:

• Greet and interact with guests
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues
• Assist guests with product information
• Focus on up-selling and increasing sales
• Operate cash register
• Ensure merchandise is properly and accurately price marked
• Take regular and special inventory counts
• Minimize losses due to damage or theft
• Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays
• Keep all assigned areas clean

Availability and Hours:

• This is a seasonal role
• The Sesame Place season runs from March 2026 through Labor Day 2026, with onboarding and all required training to be completed prior to the start of the season.
• During the non-peak season, must be available both Saturday & Sunday
• During the peak season, must have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include the weekends
• You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Hours vary based on business need

What it takes to succeed:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system
• Flexibility, dependability and integrity
• Prior retail sales experience preferred

Compensation:

• 16.90 USD per hour
