• Medical degree (MD) with completion of a residency in Cardiothoracic Surgery or related field.
• Eligibility for board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Strong foundational knowledge in surgical principles and cardiothoracic disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical environment.
