In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert evaluation and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal disorders. Your skills in both surgical and non-surgical interventions will be pivotal in enhancing patient outcomes and experiences.

As a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a team of medical professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. You will engage in both clinical and surgical roles, contributing your expertise to complex cases and routine procedures alike.

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Perform a variety of orthopedic surgeries, including arthroscopic and joint replacement surgeries.
• Provide non-operative treatment options and counsel patients on postoperative care.
• Work closely with physiotherapists and nursing staff to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
• Engage in professional development and stay up-to-date with advancements in orthopedic techniques and technologies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.

• Proven experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon in a private healthcare setting
• Strong competency in both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care
• Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
