Digital Marketing Trainer

*This role is fully remote for LATAM but must work across EST timezone*

The Digital Marketing Trainer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients, focusing on SEO and broader digital marketing strategies. This position is ideal for someone with substantial experience in digital marketing and a flair for teaching, who can captivate an audience both on camera and in live settings.

What your routine looks like:

• Develop Training Content: Create and continuously improve comprehensive training materials and sessions focused on digital marketing, with an emphasis on SEO.
• Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct live and recorded training sessions, webinars, and workshops tailored to varying levels of expertise.
• Evaluate Participant Progress: Assess learners’ progress, provide feedback, and adapt instructional approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Research and integrate the latest digital marketing trends and technologies into training programs to ensure content is current and impactful.
• Engage Learners: Leverage multimedia and innovative teaching methods to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback on training sessions from participants and use it to improve content and delivery methods.

What you bring:

• Proven Expertise: Substantial experience in digital marketing with demonstrable skills in SEO.
• On-Camera Experience: Comfortable and effective in front of a camera, ideally with experience creating educational video content.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and instructional manner.
• Creative Teaching Techniques: Innovative approach to training that incorporates various teaching methodologies and technologies.
• Adaptability and Responsiveness: Ability to adjust training strategies based on learner feedback and changing industry dynamics.
• Platform Experience: Previous experience with online learning platforms such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or similar is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $11.54 - $13 an hour
• Benefits: 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
