About The Role 

We aim to make every guest's experience at Las Vegas Ballpark as enjoyable as possible, with a special emphasis on VIPs. Our employees must provide top-tier customer service, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, reliability, and enthusiasm at all times. A VIP Host should go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for VIP visitors and their guests, greeting and directing them with a warm and professional demeanor. 

  • Answer customer service questions accurately and stay informed on ongoing games and events. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with Suite Owners, their guests, and Club Ticket Buyers to enhance their experience. 

  • Provide information on promotions, Club and stadium food offerings, and special events. 

  • Extend well wishes to VIP guests as they exit the facility to reinforce a positive experience. 

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Ticket Sales to identify VIPs, hospitality requests, and ways to exceed expectations for Club and Suite Ticket Holders. 

  • Maintain security by following established procedures. 

  • Oversee VIP hospitality for the Owners Suite and assist with private party suites. 

  • Attend to special VIP requests, ensuring all service expectations are met. 

  • Ensure suites are prepared for game days, including cleanliness, operational electronics, proper lighting, TV displays, and promotional item stocking. 

  • Become proficient in the suite catering platform and suite menus to assist VIPs with the ordering process. 

 

About You 

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional appearance and approach. 

  • Strong attention to quality, detail, and cleanliness. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to convey instructions and vital information effectively. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize guest needs. 

  • Flexible availability, including long and irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be present for entire games, including pre- and post-game activities. 

  • Ability to engage professionally with guests, staff, supervisors, and groups to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. 

 

Compensation: starting at $15 per hour
