This role assists in basic maintenance, housekeeping, fueling support, and other assigned duties to help deliver a positive customer experience and maintain operational standards.</p><p><strong>What will YOU do?</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the station premises, including forecourt, restrooms, shop area, and back-of-house following company standards</p></li><li><p>Assist with basic fueling operations and ensure proper handling of equipment while observing safety protocols</p></li><li><p>Perform routine inspection of facilities and report any maintenance needs, hazards, or irregularities to the supervisor</p></li><li><p>Support unloading, stacking, and proper storage of incoming goods and supplies as instructed</p></li><li><p>Help with inventory checks and recordkeeping for consumables and store supplies when required</p></li><li><p>Operate cleaning tools and basic warehouse equipment safely (e.g., hand trucks) and follow procedures for safe manual handling</p></li><li><p>Provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers, escalating issues to attendants or supervisors as needed</p></li><li><p>Perform routine groundskeeping and minor repairs as assigned to maintain a welcoming and safe environment</p></li><li><p>Follow company policies on waste segregation, spill response, and environmental compliance</p></li><li><p>Be available to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required by station operations</p></li></ul><p><strong>What will YOU need?</strong></p><ul><li><p>Willing to be assigned in Bauang, La Union</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in retail, housekeeping, warehousing, or similar operational roles is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices; willingness to learn company procedures and comply with safety standards</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays</p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits and working conditions</strong><br>We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for on-the-job training, and the chance to grow within a leading fuel retail organization.
