The role focuses on project management, framework institutionalization and cross-functional coordination rather than frontline sales. The position ensures that priority programs such as Toll Blending, Reciprocity Programs, CME Bifurcation, Zest and other strategic programs that drive volume and margin growth are effectively implemented from concept development to measurable execution supporting SEAOIL’s diversification and innovation strategies.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What will YOU do?</strong></p><ul><li>Lead&nbsp;end-to-end management of BD initiatives from scoping to post-implementation&nbsp;to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery</li><li>Establish&nbsp;operating models, standards, framework, and guidelines&nbsp;to enable smooth cross-functional execution</li><li>Act&nbsp;as the central coordination point among different SEAOIL departments&nbsp;to facilitate collaboration and ensure cohesive project delivery</li><li>Develop&nbsp;dashboards and reports tracking progress, risks, and project ROI&nbsp;to provide visibility on project performance and decision-making insights</li><li>Sustain&nbsp;momentum for diversification and margin-generating projects&nbsp;to drive continued business growth and identify new opportunities</li><li>Support&nbsp;the Bid Management Process&nbsp;to ensure alignment with SEAOIL’s strategic objectives</li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What will YOU need?</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or business development, preferably within the fuel, lubricants, or energy industries</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or any related discipline. Project Management Certification is a plus.</li></ul>
