He/She shall also support the sub-unit in implementing business development strategies aimed at expanding the company's current product portfolio and penetrating new markets.<br><br><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What will YOU do?</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute&nbsp;to the development of sales strategies and lead the execution of initiatives in the assigned segment/industry</li><li>Support&nbsp;the team in identifying opportunities for new accounts, markets, and products&nbsp;to expand the company's presence and product portfolio&nbsp;by conducting market analysis and surveys, monitoring competitor activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, and building strategic partnerships</li><li>Manage the assigned accounts&nbsp;to establish and maintain strong and sustainable customer relationships</li><li>Collaborate&nbsp;with the Technical Team in conducting technical presentations to potential customers&nbsp;to acquire new accounts and achieve volume targets<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;What will YOU need?</strong></p><ul><li>Must have relevant experience in the same role within the mining industry</li><li>Must have people management experience</li><li>Adept in Sales, Business Analysis</li><li>Must be willing to do fieldwork as needed</li></ul>
