Who is New England Seafood International?
New England Seafood International (NESI) was established in 1991 and is an importer and processor of premium fresh and frozen sustainable fish and seafood. NESI employs circa 850 people across three sites in the UK and imports a wide range of wild and farmed fish and shellfish from all around the world. Controlling all stock movements from within the W.I.P chiller. Ensuring Stock rotation is followed at all times, Full visibility of traceability of all stocks in W.I.P is essential, Ensure G.M.P standards are met at all times and chiller is audit ready, Complete daily stock reports. |

To supervise W.I.P chill area, issue correct stock to production while maintaining full stock control and traceability. |
