About the role - you will:
Operate, monitor, and support backend automated stations including PCBA Secure, Helium Leak Test (HLT), Product ID Label, Packing, and MBB Seal in accordance with standard operating procedures. Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance (PM) activities per PM documentation and station requirements. Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform basic repairs, and escalate complex problems to engineering teams as required. Accurately record maintenance activities, calibration data, and equipment anomalies in designated systems. Comply with all safety standards including emergency shutdown procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and chemical hazard handling. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements related to chemical handling, waste disposal, and hazard communication. Your experience includes:
Technical diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. Hands‑on experience with automated equipment or industrial machinery. Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to follow technical manuals, SOPs, and safety instructions. Experience in high‑volume manufacturing or automated production environments. Knowledge of barcode scanning systems, helium leak test equipment, and HMI interfaces. Familiarity with MES, SCADA, or industrial networking systems. Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic. Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Strong documentation and reporting skills. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า ในสาขาเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานกับเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติหรือเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรเบื้องต้น และปฏิบัติตามคู่มือทางเทคนิค SOP และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยได้ มีประสบการณ์ในสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิตปริมาณสูงหรือระบบอัตโนมัติ มีความรู้ด้านระบบบาร์โค้ด Helium Leak Test และการใช้งานระบบควบคุมผ่านหน้าจอสัมผัส (HMI) คุ้นเคยกับระบบ MES, SCADA หรือระบบเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรม สามารถอ่านและวิเคราะห์ PLC Ladder Logic ได้ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุราก (Root Cause Analysis) และการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น Lean, Six Sigma มีทักษะด้านการจัดทำเอกสารและรายงานผลการทำงาน
