We have an immediate opening for a full-time Order Entry and Customer Service assistant. In this role, your most important responsibility will be to enter customer orders and/or purchasing orders efficiently, accurately, and consistently into our ERP system and work closely with our fulfillment and shipping department to ensure proper completion and timely billing and purchasing. Your strong computer skills and enthusiasm for being an integral part of a dynamic and growing team that needs and will value a dedicated and committed data entry professional will guarantee success in this position. It is entry-level, as you will have much to learn, but the opportunity for growth and development in this successful and exciting company is significant. 

Sub duties for which you will be trained and might be assigned from time to time:

  • Enter and monitor order details. 
  • Assist customers with shipping quotations, returns/exchanges/credits, adjustments, backordered product
  • Manage back orders

  • Ability to learn new software applications with training and self-learning tools.
  • Oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills are excellent!
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Follow-up and organizational skills, with attention to detail... exceptional team-oriented with the ability to effectively interact with co-workers.
  •  Product knowledge. (We will provide one-on-one training and self-training tools.)
  • Proactive with good decision-making and time management skills.
  • Highly organized, focused, team-oriented individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced customer service environment. 
  • A self-starter capable of independent work and possess attention to detail, focusing on accuracy.
  • Communication, internal and external: conducted with professionalism, courtesy, and tact! ALWAYS!

Start date: ASAP

Hourly starting rate: $20.00 per hour
