We have an immediate opening for a full-time, talented Graphic Production Specialist with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and screen printing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and preparing press-ready files, and ensuring high-quality output across various print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Layout:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) to create graphics, layouts, and visual elements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.

2. Pre-Press Production:

• Prepare press-ready files, ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and proper file formats.
• Conduct proofreading and copyediting assignments to maintain quality standards.

3. Quality Control:

• Inspect projects to verify adherence to design specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing and file formats.

4. Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic production, preferably screen printing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

2. Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Hourly starting rate: depending on experience
